This deposit reserves one whole heritage-breed turkey.

• Orders are filled strictly in the order deposits are received.

• Turkeys are slow-grown heritage breeds, not commercial hybrids.

• Final price is estimated at $9.00 per pound (dressed weight).

• Expected dressed weight: 10–18 pounds.

Customers must notify us in advance whether they prefer their turkey fresh (never frozen) or freshly frozen.

The final balance will be calculated after processing based on actual dressed weight.

Deposits are non-refundable.
